SKYLAB BOSTON IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH DJI Technology
WE DO NOT WARRANTY OR REPAIR/REPLACE DJI PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY.
The Skylab tech's are very good and can fix almost everything. In the event that we cannot make repairs, we will not charge the customer for Labor on problem that cannot be repaired.SKYLAB BOSTON cannot be held accountable for Late Shipments, Damage incurred in transit, User damage from attempted repairs previous to sending in.
SKYLAB BOSTON is not liable for any Warranty's being voided due to repair requests. If u are under warranty and have repair work done thru SKYLAB BOSTON BE AWARE that requires Warranty Tags,Seals,Stickers may be removed or damaged in the process of repair. We cannot be held responsible for your loss or Dishonor of Warranty or Guarantee
SKYLAB BOSTON or its Technicians cannot be held liable for any future crashes, flyaway's or failed parts that may occur after the multi rotor has left our shop. All Parts/Products are sold as is as seen No warranty expressed or implied Salvage parts from drones may have cosmetic wear. Not liable for cosmetic Damage/Blemishes incurred during repair process or previous damage incurred from Accident/Crash. All aircraft and equipment go thru Triple test before shipping to customer . Returns are voided if any of the Boards,Gimbal or any other equipment are tampered with or if a customer installs or modifies any parts/ pieces of Multirotor.
DJI INSPIRE 1
Due to the fact that Electronic/Mechanical Inspire 1 Parts are not available new for sale, Skylab Boston Disassembles new units to acquire parts for repairs to ensure repairs can be made properly! All parts are tested before and after repairs are done by technician.
We do not assume any warranty, guarantee or liability (direct or indirect) for the accuracy of the software, hardware information and ability of pilot to operate safely. Not liable for System Faults that may arise after crash/shipping, Defects caused by shipping damage or direct damage caused by operator. Use the electronics at your own risk (this also applies to associated computer programs). Furthermore, we assume no liability for consequential damage to property or persons caused by the application. It is your responsibility to perform a full system test. All claims Must be made within 24 Hours of receiving shipment and sent back to SKYLAB BOSTON within 5 days.Claims will no longer be honored beyond 5 day period. It is Customers responsibility to follow up and to pay all remaining Diagnostic fee's , Parts,Repair Time & debts within 30 days of invoice date. Should item(s) remain over 90 days from the initial invoice date or an open work order inquiry be ignored by a Customer for the same period of time, less arrangement with the owner, item(s) will be considered abandoned & will become property of Skylab Boston by law. There is a $400 recovery fee + invoice amount for items "if not sold to recoup Repair/Diagnostic/Teardown cost, Storage fee's and any other fees incurred" if client chooses to buy back item.
Used Parts Sales
Skylab Boston Offers to sell used parts on consignment for 20% fee plus Teardown fee ( If Applicable) . All parts are inspected by our Techs and priced accordingly to condition. Damaged items that have been parted out may not be in resale condition due to Impact or Direct Damage, Water/Moisture Exposure,Defect in function. These parts will be disposed of unless u request to be put aside.
